Our Practice
We handle:
- Civil litigation. We represent parties in lawsuits involving intellectual property matters, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice cases, claims of nursing home neglect and abuse and burn injuries resulting from explosion or fire. We have the experience and resources to represent plaintiffs or defendants in cases involving serious or catastrophic injury, such as brain or spinal cord injury, paralysis, and amputation or loss of limb, and wrongful deaths. - Estate planning. Partner Larry Langley will work closely with you to identify your estate planning needs and help you understand the different strategies to accomplish your objectives. He will prepare and execute the instruments necessary to implement your plan, including wills, trusts, charitable foundations, living wills and powers of attorney. - Probate litigation. We handle disputes arising during the probate process, including will contests and trust litigation. We represent executors, administrators, personal representatives, and heirs or beneficiaries of an estate. For additional information, see our probate litigation page.
- Burn injury litigation. We represent plaintiffs or defendants in lawsuits involving burn injuries, handling claims arising out of home or kitchen fires, propane explosions, chemical fires, gas station accidents, flammable clothing or other substances, and work or industrial fires.
